Workers Arrive On Site
Workers briefed and ready — you manage the work, we manage the paperwork
Once you have hired your workers through the candidate portal, we brief each worker by email — your site address, start time, what to bring, and who to report to. On the day they arrive ready to work. Your site manager directs them. We handle all the paperwork.
Every hired worker receives a full briefing by email: your site address, start time, dress code, what to bring, your site manager's name. No confusion, no late arrivals.
At the end of the shift your site manager confirms hours worked. We generate a timesheet and send it to you by email. This becomes the basis for your invoice.
If a worker does not arrive, email us immediately. We arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and confirm with you. Workers who no-show are penalised and may be removed from the platform.
Within 1 month the APP GLOBALLY launches — workers will check in with GPS + face selfie, you will see a live map, hours logged automatically. See the section below for the full details.
You are in control of exactly how long you need workers. There is no minimum shift length. Need cover for 1 hour? Done. 3 hours? Done. A full day, a week, or an ongoing contract? All possible.

Detailed invoice by email — pay by BACS within your agreed terms
After work is completed, you receive a detailed invoice by email. The invoice shows every shift, the hours worked (confirmed by GPS check-in), the charge rate, and full payment details. Payment is by BACS bank transfer within your agreed terms.

We are automatically alerted when a worker misses check-in. We email you immediately to notify you and arrange a replacement. You receive written confirmation by email of what happened and who is covering.
If you believe an invoice is wrong, email us with the invoice reference. We cross-check against GPS records and check-in photos. If there is an error, we issue a corrected invoice. If the hours are GPS-confirmed, we send you the full evidence — including the original documents without the VERIFIED stamp so you can verify them independently.
Lost an invoice? Need your Terms of Business for your accountant? Need a timesheet for a specific date? Email us. We will resend a clean, clearly formatted copy within 30 minutes — any document, any date.
If a worker is underperforming, not following instructions, or causing any issue on site — email us at support@gangalrecruitment.com or use the Not Suitable button on your candidate portal. We arrange a replacement if needed and investigate. Your rating and comment goes on their permanent record.
Our workers are covered by Gangal Recruitment's Employers Liability Insurance. In the event of an incident, email us immediately. We will send you a complete record of the worker's shift data (GPS, check-in photos, exact times) — original documents without the VERIFIED stamp — to support any insurance or legal process.
