Go to Work — What to Do On Site

You accepted the offer — here is exactly what happens next

PREPARE NOW

Once you accept a job offer, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. On the day of the shift, follow these rules carefully.

A
Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early Arriving late is taken seriously. If you are going to be late for any reason, call us immediately on 07466 146 093 — do not just not show up.
B
Bring Everything on Your Requirements List The job offer clearly lists what you need to bring (boots, ID, certifications). You will not be allowed on site if you arrive without mandatory items — and you will not be paid for that day.
C
Follow the Site Manager When you arrive, report to the site manager whose name and contact will be provided to you. Follow their instructions at all times. They are responsible for health and safety on site.
D
If There Is a Problem On Site If something goes wrong — you feel unsafe, you are treated unfairly, or the job is not what was described — call us immediately on 07466 146 093. Do not just leave without telling us.
🚫 Rules You Must Never Break Breaking these rules will result in immediate removal from our register.
No-show without calling us first
Arriving late without warning
Leaving the site without permission
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour
Using your phone excessively on site
Always arrive 5–10 minutes early
Wear all required PPE and uniform
Follow the site manager at all times
Call us if there is any problem
Complete every shift you accept
Be polite and professional
⚠️ No-Show Policy If you accept a shift and do not show up without calling us, a £20 bond is held from your first earnings. A second no-show results in suspension. A third no-show means permanent removal from our register. We have a zero-tolerance policy on no-shows because our clients depend on us to deliver.
