About Gangal Recruitment Ltd

Who We Are

Founded in 2025 by Vasile Gangal, Gangal Recruitment Ltd is a specialist staffing agency headquartered in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We operate across two sectors: commercial cleaning & hospitality staffing, and vetted delivery drivers with their own van, car, or driving one of ours.

For commercial cleaning, we supply pre-vetted, pre-vetted operatives to FM companies and commercial contractors — office buildings, industrial facilities, construction sites (builders clean, sparkle clean, post-construction) — all UK nationwide. FM subcontract cleaning is our primary business: we supply cleaning staff as a compliant subcontractor to FM contractors working on large facilities contracts.

For delivery drivers, we supply vetted, road-legal drivers with their own van or car — or driving one of ours — for multi-drop, courier and parcel work across the UK. Fully insured and DBS-checked.

Our Mission

To be the most specialist, most responsive staffing agency across our two sectors. We focus — and that focus means our operatives are better trained, better compliant, and better retained than any generalist agency. No compromise, 48 hour deployment.
