Who We Are

Founded in 2025 by Vasile Gangal, Gangal Recruitment Ltd is a specialist staffing agency headquartered in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We operate across six sectors: commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, demolition labour, general labour, warehouse & logistics, and hospitality & catering.

For commercial cleaning, we supply pre-vetted, pre-vetted operatives to FM companies and commercial contractors — office buildings, industrial facilities, construction sites (builders clean, sparkle clean, post-construction) — all UK nationwide. FM subcontract cleaning is our primary business: we supply cleaning staff to Mitie, ISS, OCS, Sodexo and other FM companies as a compliant subcontractor.

For demolition labour, we supply CSCS-carded operatives and labourers for site clearance, soft strip, structural demolition and associated groundworks. We also take on demolition sub-contracts directly across Yorkshire and the wider UK.
