1. Policy Statement
Gangal Recruitment Ltd is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and to avoiding unlawful discrimination. This policy is intended to assist the Company to put this commitment into practice. Compliance with this policy should also ensure that employees and candidates do not commit unlawful acts of discrimination.

3. Types of Discrimination

The Director has overall responsibility for the effective operation of this policy and for ensuring compliance with equality legislation. Day-to-day operational responsibility lies with all recruitment consultants and staff members.

- Report any incidents of discrimination, harassment, or victimisation through the appropriate channels
- Cooperate with any measures introduced to ensure equal opportunities
7. Complaints and Grievances
Any employee, candidate, or stakeholder who believes they have been subject to discrimination, harassment, or victimisation should raise their concern through our complaints procedure. All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and dealt with promptly and confidentially.

8. Breaches of This Policy
Any breach of this Equal Opportunities Policy by an employee will be treated as a disciplinary matter and may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Any breach by a candidate on our books may result in removal from our database. Any breach by a client may result in termination of our commercial relationship.
9. Monitoring and Review
This policy will be monitored and reviewed annually by the Director. We will collect and analyse data on the diversity of our workforce, candidate pool, and placements to ensure the effectiveness of this policy and to identify areas for improvement.
