Student Accommodation Cleaner — Ashford (September start)

Ashford’s expanding residential sector, boosted by its strong rail links and growing commuter population, has seen a rise in purpose‑built student accommodation close to the town centre and railway station. We are looking for three Student Accommodation Cleaners to join the team at Gangal Recruitment Ltd, the employer of record for this role. Based in Ashford, you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens in student properties, ensuring spaces are tidy, hygienic and ready for residents. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, replenishing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. The position offers £12.71 per hour, paid weekly, with a start date in September 2026. Right to work in the UK is required, and a free DBS check will be provided where needed. This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of ongoing shifts throughout the academic year.
